This year fashion moved by the lake
With new year we are again active in international projects for youngest. After very successful international youth exchange last year will be new international meeting in the end of March 2007 again in England. 40 youngest from 5 countries (England, Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Slovenia) will their creativity and productivity show in new international project Fashion by the lake. In project cooperate groups and countries with natural lakes. Our group have inspiration from Cerknica lake. In exchange all participants can get inspiration, creativity and ideas by the nearest lake in England. Participants will have accommodation in village Derwentwater near Keswick, which is in the Lake District National Park.
The program connect art, culture and environment. Intercourse will based on team work, knowing the included countries, presentation of Slovenia (opportunities, connections, together points, specialties) which will participants prepare before exchange. The main point of program in England will be creativity methods with fashion and art with inspiration by the lake.
The lake will be the main source for inspiration for creations , parties, games, searching the differences, common points, … The participants will present the secret of their cities by the lakes, nature, traditional stories, … Also international stories and experience will be as a help for inspirations for creations. The program include also meeting with inhabitants, trips in national parks, gallery and youth centres.
Slovenian group have 8 members which work very intensively on preparations. Each country have to prepare presentation of country. Also each member have specific work 8leader of group, photograph, art leader, …). The group will prepare public presentations after they come back from England.
